How do we collect personal data, and what do we use it for
Submitting comments in the comment form, beside the given data we record the submitter’s IP adress and the user agent string to filter out the unsolicited content.
A depersonalized character chain turned out from the e-mail adress (hash) is transmitted to the Gravatar service if it is used on this site. The terms of the Gravatar service can be viewed on the following adress: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After accepting a comment the content of the comment and profil picture appears to the public.
If a registered user uploads a picture to the website, those EXIFs must be avoided, which contains GPS position data. The visitors of the website can download these, and able to extract the location data from the pictures on the website.
After submitting a comment the website stores in a cookie the given name, e-mail adress and URL. The storeage is only for comfort reasons, so it don’t have to be filled in automatically at the next comment submitting. The expiration time of the cookies is 1 year.
If we have user account and we are logged in on this website, we set session cookies to that reason to determine if the browser accept the cookies. These cookies does not contain any personal data, they are deleted if the browser is closed.
If we login the website we create more cookies which saves the login information and the editing interface display options. The login cookies are valid for 2 days, the editing interface display option storing cookies for 1 year. If we check the ’Remember me’ option the login continues for 2 weeks. At logging out the login cookies are deleted.
If we edit a comment or website, our browser stores an other cookie. This cookie does not contain any personal data, only the identification number of the registry, which is edited. Its validation expires 1 day later.

How long do we store the personal data
If we write a comment, the comment and its metadata for an undeterminable time stays in the system. The reason of it is that, all of any of the comment following this comment can be known and accepted for us, so not to be on the list of the moderate comments.
The registrated users on the website (if they exist), their personal data became stored in their user profiles too. All users at any time can view, edit or delete their own personal data (except that, the name of the user cannot be changed by the user). The administrators of the website can view and edit these information too.
What rights do the user have related to the own personal data
At a registrated account on the website or during writing a comment, it is possible to request the submission of an export file which contains any data that the user made available for us earlier. It can be requested to delete any personal data which has been given earlier. It does not concern those data, which is obligatory to be stored due to administrative, legal or security reasons.
Where is the data transmitted
The comments written by the visitors may be inspected by automatic spam filterer service.
